Anyone can put letters after a name on a website. The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants keeps a public register, and since 15 July 2026 it shows good standing and disciplinary history. Check us on it before you send a document or pay anything.

Open the College public register. It is the only authoritative list of licensed consultants in Canada.

Search Angad Sachdeva. Confirm the licence class reads RCIC-IRB, which is the class permitted to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Check the status is in good standing and read any disciplinary history shown.

Do the same for anyone else you are considering. If a person is not on that register, they cannot lawfully represent you for a fee.
What the IRB endorsement means
Angad Sachdeva holds an RCIC-IRB licence, the class authorised to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board: refugee claims, refugee appeals, detention reviews, admissibility hearings and immigration appeals.
No consultant and no paralegal can represent you in a judicial review at the Federal Court. Only a lawyer can. If your matter needs that, we will say so and refer you.
